Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• Coaching questionnaires and onboarding responses
• Progress information, messages, photos, or files you choose to share
• Payment metadata, such as payment status, amount, and Stripe identifiers

Arda Fitness does not sell personal information.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage accounts
• Provide coaching services
• Deliver digital programs, books, and other purchased products
• Process orders and payments
• Respond to questions and provide support
• Operate, secure, and improve the website
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Payments are processed by Stripe. Arda Fitness does not store full credit or debit card numbers. Stripe collects payment details directly according to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed to operate the service. These may include authentication cookies so you can stay signed in, and a cart cookie so items you add before checkout can be remembered.

If you disable cookies in your browser, some features—such as signing in or keeping items in your cart—may not work.

If analytics is enabled on the live website, Arda Fitness may use Google Analytics and/or Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referral source.

Analytics is not required for the site to function. When Google Analytics is used, IP anonymization is requested in the tracking configuration. Arda Fitness does not use analytics to sell personal information.

We may use your email address to send transactional messages, such as account, purchase, onboarding, or library-access notices. If you contact Arda Fitness, we use the information you send to respond.

Arda Fitness does not operate a marketing newsletter on this website. You will not be added to an unrelated promotional list by submitting a contact form or creating an account.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting ardafitnesscoaching@gmail.com. We will review the request and delete account information we are not required to keep.

Some records—such as completed orders, payment records, or information needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal disputes—may be retained as required by law even after an account is closed.

We retain account, order, coaching, and support information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable.

Arda Fitness uses third-party services to operate the website. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services:

• Stripe, for secure payment processing
• Supabase, for authentication and data storage
• Email delivery providers, such as Resend, when email sending is configured
• Vercel, for website hosting
• Google Analytics and/or Vercel Web Analytics, if analytics is enabled

Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Arda Fitness does not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing.
