By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Health Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Arda Fitness provides personalized online coaching and educational fitness and nutrition guidance. Coaching plans, check-ins, and related materials are written for the client and are intended for educational and training-support purposes.

Results cannot be guaranteed. Progress depends on effort, consistency, nutrition, sleep, recovery, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence to the plan. Arda Fitness does not promise specific weight loss, muscle gain, strength, body-composition, or performance outcomes.

Programs and books sold through this website are digital products. After payment is confirmed, they are delivered electronically through your Arda Fitness library. They are not physical goods.

Books are provided as digital PDF downloads. Training programs are self-guided digital products. Access depends on a valid account and successful payment.

Purchases are processed as secure online payments through Stripe. Arda Fitness does not store full credit or debit card numbers. Prices, package details, and available services may change at any time, except for an order that has already been completed at the displayed price.

Coaching. Refunds are not available once onboarding has begun or coaching services have started. This includes, without limitation, cases where a questionnaire has been submitted, coaching access has been granted, communication has started, or a personalized plan has been created or delivered. Missed check-ins, missed calls, lack of response, lack of progress, or failure to follow the program do not qualify for a refund.

Programs. Due to the digital nature of workout programs, purchases are non-refundable once completed, except where required by law.

Books. Due to the digital nature of PDF books, purchases are non-refundable once completed, except where required by law.

Refunds may be issued only at Arda Fitness’s sole discretion or where required by applicable law. If applicable law requires a refund, Arda Fitness will comply.

If you have an issue with an order or a charge, you agree to contact Arda Fitness at ardafitnesscoaching@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Many issues can be resolved directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Programs, books, PDFs, videos, coaching plans, questionnaires, and other coaching materials provided by Arda Fitness are the intellectual property of Arda Fitness. They are licensed for your personal use only.

You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, upload, publicly display, or otherwise reproduce these materials without written permission from Arda Fitness.

You must be at least 18 years old to use these services, or you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Account sharing is prohibited. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details current.

Coaching is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Arda Fitness is not a substitute for a physician, dietitian, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional.

You should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or other health concern. You are responsible for how you apply the information to your own training and health.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arda Fitness is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for results that differ from your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arda Fitness’s total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or coaching package giving rise to the claim, if any.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Oregon shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
